Onchan Commissioners by-election

It's been announced there'll be a by-election in Onchan after one of the commissioners resigned.

Brian Stowell handed his in resignation yesterday.

The local authority says it wasn't informed of the exact reason behind Mr Stowell's decision.

The by-election will be held on Thursday 10th November.

Nominations have to be in by 17th October.
