Press Release - Richard Kissack contests Victoria Ward Douglas as a Liberal Vannin Candidate

Douglas born and educated accountant and businessman Richard Kissack will contest Victoria Ward in the forthcoming local elections as a Liberal Vannin candidate.
A family man with 4 young daughters Richard is an active member of the community being treasurer of the Mannannan Lions Club and an Investment Club, an ACCA panel member and a member of St Ninians Church PCC
Richard says, "Since childhood I have seen many changes in Douglas, not all of them for the better. I strongly believe that the Island's heritage and uniqueness should be protected as I feel this has been an important factor in the Island’s growth and continued success.
If elected I would like to see that the people of Douglas have the best possible public provision whilst maintaining financial prudence and accountability.
There must be a closer working relationship between local authorities and government".
